Welcome to Polish Your Art (polish-your-art.com). By purchasing and downloading our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Products

All items sold on our website are digital downloads – no physical products are shipped.
Our catalog includes fonts, digital scrapbooking elements, and design resources.
Once a purchase is confirmed, you receive a license to use the files according to the selected license type.

2. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed securely via PayPal and Klarna.
After payment, you will receive instant access to your downloads via:
1. Email download link, and/or
2. Your account dashboard (if you created an account).
No shipping is required for digital products.

3. Licensing Overview

Each font or design product comes with a license that defines how you may use it.

Here is a quick summary of the license tiers we offer:

Standard Desktop	1	Personal and small commercial projects on 1 computer. Print, graphics, logos allowed.	❌ No broadcast, apps, games
Small Studio	2–5	Same as Standard, for small teams up to 5 workstations.	❌ No broadcast, apps, games
Extended Studio	5–10	Same as Standard, for larger studios up to 10 workstations.	❌ No broadcast, apps, games
TV / Movies / Games	Unlimited	Covers broadcast, film, YouTube monetization, games, apps, and streaming in addition to all above	✅ Extended commercial use

4. Returns & Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
Refunds or exchanges are only granted for:
- Technical defects or file corruption
- Misrepresentation (product not as described)
- Duplicate accidental purchases
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
For EU/UK customers: By downloading your product immediately, you waive the 14‑day withdrawal right for digital content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the original files.
Embed the fonts in apps, websites, games, or broadcasts without an Extended License.
Claim the designs or fonts as your own work.

Violating these terms may result in license termination and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All fonts, graphics, and design assets are copyright © Marta Waniek / Polish Your Art.
Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the design.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as-is” without warranties for compatibility with every system or software.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
We are not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law.
EU consumers also retain any mandatory rights under their local law.

Important:

File sharing outside your licensed workstations is prohibited.
Reselling, redistributing, or including the font in templates for resale is not allowed without a separate agreement.
The included Font License (EULA) in your download folder is the final, legally binding document for each font.
