Did you know, that 'US' are only one person here at Polish Your Art?
ABOUT US
Hi, I’m Marta Kowalkowska, though in the world of vintage fonts and digital oddities, I go by my artistic alter ego: Kowá — accidental digital designer, joyful font hoarder, and proud owner of POLISH YOUR ART.
This is my little corner of the internet where I sell digital fonts (some might even be useful), oddities, and other beautifully unnecessary stuff. Think of it as a virtual flea market for the creatively confused — fonts inspired by vintage typewriters, scrapbook scraps, cabinet card ghosts, and the smell of old newspapers.
I never actually planned to become a digital artist. Making a living as a graphic designer? Ha! I studied IT instead — because someone’s cat has to eat, and have you seen the price of litter lately?
But I couldn’t stop creating. So now I make digital fonts, mini games, websites, surreal photo manipulations, and other visual chaos that makes me happy — and maybe one or two strangers on the internet.
No, this store doesn’t pay my rent. But it fuels my sanity.
If you’re into creative time-wasting, here’s my ever-growing list of artistic distractions I’ll probably never finish (because who has time?):
-
Creating absurd amounts of digital fonts
-
Building surreal mini games and totally unnecessary arcade design
-
Designing weirdly functional websites
-
Making photo manipulations that belong in an art therapy session
-
Collecting and remixing scrapbooking supplies no one asked for
-
Writing heartfelt nonsense about old typewriters in my journal
-
And generally overcommitting to any project that sparks mild creative joy
If you love weird fonts, nostalgic textures, or just want to rummage through a digital junk drawer with style, welcome to my world.
