Refunds for Digital Products

All products sold in our store are digital downloads.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please make sure to carefully review the product description and requirements before purchasing.
If you have any issues accessing or using your download, please reach out — we’re happy to help! ✨

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement only in these cases:

• If you purchased the wrong product by mistake (contact us immediately and before downloading).

• If the file is corrupted or cannot be accessed properly, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.

In such cases, please email us at store@polish-your-art.com within 7 days of your purchase.
